WHAT DAYS AND HOURS DO YOU WORK?+
We’re available 7 days a week from 7:00am–5:00pm. Weekend or last-minute holiday cleanings are billed at deep-clean pricing.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE? DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?+
We schedule at least two weeks in advance and no deposit is required.
CAN I BOOK WEEKLY, BIWEEKLY, MONTHLY, OR AS-NEEDED CLEANINGS?+
Yes—choose weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-off appointments as needed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?+
We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
DO YOU CHARGE CANCELLATION FEES?+
No cancellation fee unless you cancel two times in a row—then it’s a $35 fee.
ARE YOU INSURED?+
Yes—our small-business coverage protects against accidents and damage.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?+
Tips are optional and appreciated, but not included in pricing.
ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?+
Yes! No need to gate or lock up pets—we’re animal-friendly.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE CLEANING?+
No—you can provide a garage code, lock, or other secure access. You don’t need to be home.
DO YOU OFFER FREE QUOTES FOR NEW CLIENTS?+
Yes—new clients receive a free quote.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PARKING?+
Yes—please ensure there is a private or public space available for us to park.
WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD MY HOME BE DURING THE CLEAN?+
Please set your thermostat between 65°F (minimum) and 73°F (maximum).
WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVE?+
We serve the Twin Cities metro, including Northfield, Faribault, Eden Prairie, Savage, Prior Lake, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Lakeville, Farmington, Richfield, Edina, Bloomington, Chanhassen, Plymouth, Minnetonka, Elko New Market, St. Paul, Jordan, and Shakopee.
WHAT IF THERE WILL BE OTHER WORKERS AT MY HOME DURING THE CLEAN?+
For everyone’s safety, please let us know if contractors (e.g., construction, plumbing) will be on-site during your appointment.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY AROUND ILLNESS AND INFESTATIONS?+
We follow CDC guidelines and ask clients to inform us of illness, lice, and/or pet infestations to help prevent spread.
DO YOU OFFER ADD-ON SERVICES?+
Yes—carpet cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, window tracks, outside windows, pantry clean-outs, and general organization are available for an additional fee (minimum $25).

We love the home cleaning products we use

We provide cleaning and light organizing services for residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacation rentals. Our services can include regular upkeeping, deep cleans, and move out/in cleans. For each type of service, we use different types of products to achieve a clean and organized space. We aim for less fragranced soaps and liquids, and love the Zep brand. We can provide all products and tools needed, however we can also use products provided to us upon request.
